Delivery Information

Deliveries within Mombasa will be done by Makeup N Glow and sometime if necessary due to urgency by Wellsfargo at a cost. Deliveries outside Mombasa will be conducted by Wellsfargo.

Deliveries within Mombasa will cost Ksh. 200 and the rest of the country will cost Ksh. 400.

Delivery is normally within 2 working days for orders outside Mombasa, and the same day for orders within Mombasa. However, if you haven’t received your parcel after 2 working days please contact our customer service department via email info@makeupnglow.com or call 0704 801369.

Please note nationa public holidays are not working days so please allow for this before contacting us.

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not available when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.
